We are a comprehensive school with about 1200 pupils (age 10-19) and130 teachers. Our school has a long tradition and experience of shared learning. In each school year we have integrated classes. Furthermore we are a school of diversity. We learn together and from each other. We do not tolerate any kind of discrimination. Our school has a high proportion of children with an immigrant background. At the moment, we have three international classes with refugee children.

n our school the artistic skills are strongly encouraged from the beginning. Students' participation in various competitions, projects, workshops serve as encouragement even for the different subjects. Works of art are valued by being presented in school buildings and in the public areas. Our teachers are experts in foster children with learning difficulties and disabilities. They are familiar with different learning approaches. They teach refugee children and they realize in everyday school life their fears and hardships.
